Service
Supply chain solutions.
Inventory and stockpile management, blending and quality programs, and end-to-end documentation — built around continuous-operations end users.
What this is
We sit between production and consumption.
Cement kilns, calciners, and industrial boilers do not stop. When they run short on fuel, they don't throttle down — they shut down, and a shutdown costs more than any short-term price advantage from a thin inventory position. Our supply chain service exists to make sure that doesn't happen. We hold cover stock, we blend to spec, and we issue documentation against every movement so the receiving plant can reconcile delivery against contract without back-channel calls.
What we hold for our customers
Three lines of work that keep your plant supplied.
Inventory & stockpile management
Cover-stock levels held at our terminal or at the customer's plant. Replenishment triggers tied to inbound shipment cadence and to the customer's consumption rate. Monthly inventory reconciliations issued against the contract.
Blending & quality programs
Blending across multiple refinery sources to land a target sulfur, vanadium, and grindability profile. Quality certificates issued per blended lot, sampled and lab-tested against the customer spec sheet.
End-to-end documentation
Bill of lading, certificate of analysis, weight tickets, surveyor reports, customs and trade-compliance documentation packaged per cargo. One document set per movement, traceable to a contract line item.
Operating posture
Continuous-operations cadence is non-negotiable.
We write contracts with tonnage flex bands so seasonal demand swings don't blow up the program. We build cover-stock levels into the inventory plan so a single supply hiccup doesn't reach the kiln. And we hold one account contact who owns the schedule across every movement under the contract.
If the program needs to flex — if the kiln goes on a 60-day outage, if the refinery shifts production grade, if the rail carrier has a derailment — we re-plan against the new constraint and surface the impact to the customer in writing the same day.
